Audiobook Project Manager (1-2 people)
We are not looking to bring on a new Project Manager immediately, but we are looking for someone on the team who demonstrates the skills needed for this position. A great fit would be someone who:

Pre-Production Associate (1-2 people)

It's the preparation required to ensure a smooth recording process and great experience for our authors. We're currently looking for members of the team who will focus on manuscript preparation.

Work with our Casting Director to find the right voices for each project.

Customer Support for AMPlify Audiobooks (1 person)
This person will be a great communicator and enjoy working with people (over Zoom and phone). They should be comfortable using, or happy to learn how to use the following platforms:

So often we have clients who need some help in one or more of these areas. We want to be able to help if we can.
Hours are flexible for each of these positions. Meeting deadlines is important, but the team will work with you to create deadlines that all can agree on. Contractors email invoices to PAV by the 10th of each month for payout on the 15th of each month. Project-based invoices, such as for Audio Engineers, are received after project is approved for submission. Hourly-based invoices should be for the pay period from the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.
Publisher Account Associate (CLOSED)
We're looking for a couple of people to help manage our growing number of publisher accounts. This position requires the efficient management of many audiobook projects at a time. A great fit would be people who:

Marketing & Communications Associate (CLOSED)
We are looking for a team to help with keeping our website up-to-date with our latest podcast episodes, updating our portfolio of audiobooks, assisting our social media team with content creation, updating automations (we can train on all this), etc. This person should have skills using, or is happy to learn how to use:
Audiobook Submissions Associate (CLOSED)
We're looking for someone to handle audiobook submissions. Almost all of these are through Author's Republic, but we do occasionally have a client that wants to do ACX only. A great fit would be someone who:
Internal Operations Associate (CLOSED)
We are looking for one or more people who like to implement tasks and focus on the details of systems under the direction of our Operations Manager. These tasks may cover a range of areas such as updating automations, testing systems, etc. This person should have skills using, or is happy to learn how to use:
Podcast Audio Engineers:
Must have experience in podcast editing and mixing both audio and video. You can begin the application process HERE!
