Marketing & Communications Strategist for Clients (OPEN) 

We are looking for a team member with expertise in audiobook and/or book marketing strategy to support our clients with their marketing. You would be meeting with clients to discover and discuss their needs and marketing options, then develop a marketing plan for implementation by the PAV team. You'd be working closely with the Marketing Project Manager who will oversee implementation. You'd be meeting regularly withe marketing clients, typically once/month and potentially in a small group call to make sure the plan is fits their needs. As the implementation team is getting each client set up, you would be overseeing any content creation or other materials or strategies to make sure all is in alignment. The expectation is that such oversight would diminish as an effective strategy is implemented, but at any point a course correction may be needed based on results or other factors.

• Expertise in current marketing strategies

• Training will be provided regarding use of the AMPlify Audiobooks platform

Audiobook Project Manager (CLOSED) 

We are not looking to bring on a new Project Manager immediately, but we are looking for someone on the team who demonstrates the skills needed for this position. A great fit would be someone who:

• has experience managing projects, people, expectations, and timelines
• consistently meet deadlines 
• is a great communicator
• has great attention to detail
• is comfortable adapting to changes in circumstances and processes

Pre-Production Associate (CLOSED)

What IS Pre-Production, you ask?

It's the preparation required to ensure a smooth recording process and great experience for our authors. We're currently looking for members of the team who will focus on manuscript preparation.

A great fit would be someone who:

• is detail oriented
• has good writing skills 
• loves audiobooks
• has experience using Word and tracked changes
• is comfortable with technology such as Google Drive and docs

Customer Support for AMPlify Audiobooks  (CLOSED)

This person will be a great communicator and enjoy working with people (over Zoom and phone). They should be comfortable using, or happy to learn how to use the following platforms: 

• Google Drive
• Google Sheets
• Voxer (chat app)
• Kartra
• Asana
• WordPress

Internal Operations Associate  (CLOSED) 

We are looking for one or more people who like to implement tasks and focus on the details of systems under the direction of our Operations Manager. These tasks may cover a range of areas such as updating automations, testing systems, etc. This person should have skills using, or is happy to learn how to use:

• Wordpress
• Kartra
• Cognito Forms
• Google Drive

Casting Team Associate (CLOSED)

Work with our Casting Director to find the right voices for each project. 

A great fit would be someone who:

• has experience with casting
• is detail oriented
• has communication skills 
• enjoys meeting with people (on Zoom) and is comfortable asking questions and taking good notes
• loves audiobooks
• has experience using Word and Google Sheets 
• is comfortable with technology such as Google Drive and docs

Author Assistants: (CLOSED)

People who have some experience:

• in the indie publishing world with platforms like KDP, IngramSpark, AuthorCentral, GoodReads
• and/or social media platforms
• and/or technology like Google Drive, DropBox, WordPress, blogging.

So often we have clients who need some help in one or more of these areas. We want to be able to help if we can.

Hours are flexible for each of these positions. Meeting deadlines is important, but the team will work with you to create deadlines that all can agree on. Contractors email invoices to PAV by the 10th of each month for payout on the 15th of each month. Project-based invoices, such as for Audio Engineers, are received after project is approved for submission. Hourly-based invoices should be for the pay period from the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.

Publisher Account Associate (CLOSED) 

We're looking for a couple of people to help manage our growing number of publisher accounts. This position requires the efficient management of many audiobook projects at a time. A great fit would be people who:

Audiobook Submissions Associate (CLOSED)

We're looking for someone to handle audiobook submissions. Almost all of these are through Author's Republic, but we do occasionally have a client that wants to do ACX only. A great fit would be someone who:

• is detail oriented
• is familiar with the submissions process, and is willing to adapt to changes in that process
• loves audiobooks
• has fast, reliable internet upload and download speeds
• is generally comfortable with technology and knows or is happy to learn these programs/systems/platforms:

Podcast Audio Engineers: (CLOSED)
